Probably not. (Not a great first impression.)
So why do so many marketers think that it’s OK to add prospects to an email blast list?
Here’s the message you send when you do that: “I’m a selfish, lazy marketer who would rather spam prospects than do the work to make a proper, personal sales call.”
Yes, spam. If you put someone on a list that needs an unsubscribe option — without their advance permission — you’re a spammer.
Why would anyone in their right mind buy from someone so inconsiderate or incompetent?
When you spam a fresh prospect, you just pooped on the sale.

Hi Andy,
Victoria and I love your articles. We autoload your page on Chrome every morning when we load up for our stats.
Coffee is the key. Studies show when you suggest drinking a warm beverage with a prospect, they warm up to you. (Neuromarketing….)
So I ask, how much poop do you want in your coffee? (The question all marketers need to ask.) My answer, none. Just share a cuppa with me. That’s what we do with you every morning.
Best,
Mr Twenty Twenty and Victoria
