image imageEvery copy of Quickbooks has a button right in the main toolbar asking for Feedback. 

Every piece of software, every product, every web site should have a feedback button.

How much do you spend on market research?  Wouldn't it be easier to just ask?

    This is one of the best nuggets of advice you’ve given (and trust me, there’s many!) and yet, when you think about it, it’s just common sense!
    It amazes me how companies miss all the small things. Thanks for reminding us all, Andy, little by little! :)
