The simplest way to get referrals

My new dentist, Dr. Michael Barbe, sent me a really nice handwritten thank you note after my first visit. He also politely asked me to mention him to my friends.

He sent another note and a $20 Starbucks card to my friend Jon who referred me. (Jon wasn’t expecting it.)

Pretty easy. Very classy.

And who do you think gets the next referral from me and Jon?
