I am a dyed-in-the-wool Midwesterner who has been doing frequent business in NYC since I was 22 years old (a WHILE ago) — and while I admit to carrying a Second City chip on my shoulder, I must admit I’ve never had a deli experience in the hog butcher capital of the world like the one I’ve had, frequently, in the Big Apple at this unique experience of an eatery.
