Call me a skeptic, but I think it’s funny this video has been turned into an illustration of leadership and creating a movement. 2 reasons: (1) They’re at a music festival. They’re probably drunk. Anyone can be a leader when they’re drunk. (2) The first guy who joins in is probably not only drunk, but there’s also a good chance he’s making fun of guy #1 when he joins in.
Geez. What’s with all this negative energy?
The point isn’t the specific people or specific situation. It’s about understanding the flow of movements within crowds. It’s about understand the relationship between the various waves of people who relay a message and commit to it.
