Fixing it isn’t good enough

Our lunch order came with fries instead of the rice we ordered.

Instead of taking it back and replacing it, the waiter let us keep the fries — and brought a side of rice too.

They didn’t just fix it — they made it better.

It really didn’t cost them anything, and it made the customer a LOT happier.

Mistakes happen, and even an OK fix leaves lingering tension. So when you fix a problem, go above and beyond to deliver happiness.
