(No one would have responded if she passed out flyers or other traditional marketing material.)
Lesson: Good, simple word of mouth marketing shows someone something remarkable.

thanks, andy. and here’s one back at you. i’ve been reading your new WOM book and it is absolutely the best book I’ve read to date on the subject. I am copying and pasting portions to share, with a mandate (and amazon link) to buy buy buy! It’s a paradigm shift for many marketing “traditionalists” but absolutely represents the marketplace of the future. i can’t wait until everybody gets where you’re pointing. thanks!
