The power of laziness
Laziness is an amazingly powerful marketing force. "Convenience" is a nicer way to put it.
- I still use Orbitz, often a worse experience than Expedia (and more expensive) because they store my preferences.
- I call the same awful restaurant for Chinese food delivery because their caller ID lets them retrieve my saved credit card and delivery address.
- Of course, Amazon is the ultimate. Their one-click is so easy that I can buy things by just blinking at the screen.
Take a few minutes to think about how you can use laziness to increase sales:
- Save customer preferences
- Wish lists
- Re-order previous orders with one click
- Automatically add purchases to a "favorites" list

You made a typo here: I call the same awful restaurant for Chinese food delivery because their caller ID lets them retrieve my saveS credit card and delivery address.
Just wanted to correct this so it should say, "saved."
Thanks!
