Skybus Airlines went bust today. JetBlue saved the day by offering $50 fares to Skybus passengers. They even gave $10 flights to Skybus employees.

Every one of those passengers will have deep passionate love for JetBlue, forever.
The word of mouth is priceless.
The gesture cost JetBlue nothing at all. They might have made money.

Lesson: Are you ready to save the day? Or will you miss your chance?
