Word of mouth isn’t necessarily spoken. Sometimes it’s a function of the how people behave.
Take a look at the people in the photo. All pilots.
That’s all you need to know when picking a restaurant in an airport.
And yes, Rubio’s makes the greatest fish taco in the world.
P.S. Add your thoughts to the list of Greatest Airport Food of All Time

That, my friend, is flippin’ brilliant. What a great picture and great translation! I’m passing it around now.
Best fish taco (non-airport) – Senor Fish, South Pasadena. Also, the only one I have ever had, but my daughter assures me, Senor Fish is right up there.
So Andy, you said in a comment on the Marketing Profs Daily Fix Blog today that you’d give a book away to the next 5 people that asked for one…did I make the cut? I’d love to have a copy of your book, and I very much enjoy reading your blog every day.
Thanks!

Is this the same idea of “the best food is where the police officers go?”
That’s right. In Chicago, we go where the Street and Sanitation Department workers eat.
There’s a great book – “The Streets and San Man’s Guide to Chicago Eats”

Or if you pull off the interstate in the middle of nowhere and need to choose a restaurant, look for where the big rig trucks are parked and eat there. Truckers know where the good food is.
