Word of mouth isn’t necessarily spoken.  Sometimes it’s a function of the how people behave.

Take a look at the people in the photo.  All pilots. 

That’s all you need to know when picking a restaurant in an airport. 

And yes, Rubio’s makes the greatest fish taco in the world.

Best fish taco (non-airport) – Senor Fish, South Pasadena. Also, the only one I have ever had, but my daughter assures me, Senor Fish is right up there.

That’s right. In Chicago, we go where the Street and Sanitation Department workers eat.

Or if you pull off the interstate in the middle of nowhere and need to choose a restaurant, look for where the big rig trucks are parked and eat there. Truckers know where the good food is.
