RSS Feed Reader -- Your advice, please.

I'm losing control of all the blogs that I'm supposed to read.  I've tried Bloglines, Google Reader, Firefox, Newsgator, and Outlook 2007 (a disaster).  They all have some decent features, but not everything.
My wish list:

•  Easy to subscribe
•  Organize into folders
•  Read offline
• Read on Web
•  Read on my Windows Mobile phone
•  Feeds are synchronized between phone, PC, and web

Please share your advice and experience!

I ran into the same issue recently. I have been using FeedDemon for the last week and so far so good. I also haven't forgotten those translations for you. Just been tied up with some web programming work. Email if you need anything.

I use NetNewsWire on the Mac (FeedDemon on PC). I LOVE how they use NewsGator Online to sync things between the various platforms. You can get your snapshot of feeds by logging in. I use NewsGator Mobile for the iPhone, NNW for the mac, FeedDemon for PC and NewsGator for Web, and NewsGator Mobile app for Windows Mobile Phone (when I had my Blackjack).

The apps are great, but I'm not terribly crazy about the Web app. But honestly, since I have my laptop with me nearly all the time, there's no concern there. I have zero realistic need to check feeds via Web. (That said, I really wish the Web app was better)

I swear by Google Reader.

# Easy to subscribe
Brain-dead easy.

GR calls them labels, but yeah, it's got folders.

# Read offline
You have to install Google Gears first to get the functionality that lets you read offline

Obviously.

You have to have an Internet connection, but I read my feeds on the way home on the train almost every day using Windows Mobile phone.

# Feeds are synchronized between phone, PC, and web
That's the advantage of an online-based reader. Google's not the prettiest, but it's the most functional, in my book.

If you can't or don't want to use Google Reader, I'd also recommend Great News. It's small, fast, and looks like it was designed by someone who actually designs for humans. It's primarily an offline reader, but can synchronize to Bloglines. It satisfies most of your requirements except being able to sync to your phone. To do that, you'd have to go Bloglines on the phone.

I am going to cast my vote for FeedDemon + NewsGator Online. They meet all your criteria.
